PROCESS

1. Connect. Email me at jfank21@gmail.com to set up a consultation.

2. Consult. We’ll meet up so you can share your vision with me. Bring your wedding colors, theme, Pinterest board, and budget, so I can get an idea of what you’re looking for. I’ll give you an estimated price-point and timeline, and if you decide to move forward, I’ll ask for a $50 deposit so I can get started on designs.
I’m based in Lafayette, Colorado and love working with couples in person. If you’re not in the area, contact me anyway and we can set up a phone call, Skype date, or work together through email.

3. Design. Within three weeks, I’ll email you a few initial design options. You’ll tell me which elements you like and dislike, and from here, I’ll narrow down the direction for a final design.

4. Approve. Within one week of receiving your input, I’ll send you a final PDF proof for your approval.

5. Celebrate! Once the proof is approved, I will provide the final designs in one of two ways (these options will be discussed during the consultation):

  • Electronic delivery: I will send you the final print-ready PDF, for you to send out or print for your guests.

  • In-hand delivery: I will work with the printer to produce your invitations and deliver them to you via snail mail or in person. Note that printing takes an additional 2-3 weeks.


timeline

Invitations should typically be in the mail 6-8 weeks before your wedding. To achieve this, it’s best to set up an initial consultation with me around 4 months before the date of your wedding, although rush orders are possible.

Save the dates should be mailed around 4 months before your wedding (for destination weddings, plan for 8-12 months). This means setting up a consultation with me 6 months before your wedding.

Hand lettered envelopes will depend on the complexity and size of the project. Contact me with your wedding date, and we can discuss the specifics.


pricing

I can work with any budget, however simple or extravagant. I’ve listed the price-point for basic packages below, but if you would like to change the card sizes, number of elements, paper type, or anything else, this will affect the price. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your unique vision and how we can make it happen within your individualized budget.
